|People with digestive problems or obese problems should consider this 15 days diet plan. This diet plan is based on eggs and besides the fact it helps you lose weight, it also helps you clean your skin.

Lunch: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, watermelon or cantaloupe, but avoid bananas), boiled egg, 1 cup of Greek yogurt
Dinner: 2 fresh and organic tomatoes, 2 boiled eggs, lettuce and 1 cucumber, 2 biscuits
2nd Day
Breakfast: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, watermelon or cantaloupe, but avoid bananas), 2 toast breads, 1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch: 1 orange, boiled egg, 2 toast breads, and 1 cup of sour milk
Dinner: ground beef 125gr., 1 organic tomato, 1 toast bread, 1 cup of tea or coffee
3rd Day
Breakfast: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, watermelon or cantaloupe, but avoid bananas), 2 toast breads, 1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch: 1 orange, 1 bowl of lettuce salad, boiled egg, 1 cup of sour milk
Dinner: 1 orange, ground beef 125grams, 1 toast bread and 1 cup of tea
4th Day
Breakfast: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, watermelon or cantaloupe, but avoid bananas), 2 toast breads, 1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch: Mozzarella cheese 125grams, 1 organic tomato, 1 toast bread
Dinner: Minced meat 150grams, 2 organic tomatoes, 1 orange/apple, 1 toast bread
5th Day
Breakfast: 1 fruit (orange, pear, peach, watermelon or cantaloupe, but avoid bananas), 2 toast breads, and 1 cup of tea or coffee (no sugar)
Lunch: fish or meat (200 grams), 1 organic tomato, 1 toast bread
Dinner: Cooked vegetables 500 grams (preferably carrot, potatoes, peas), 1 boiled egg and 1 organic tomato
After you finish these 5 days you should take a break of two days and eat normally.
Here is the diet plan for people that want to maintain their desired weight:
People with desired weight should consume this diet every Monday in order to maintain the weight and shape.
Breakfast: 1 freshly prepared lemonade (no sugar or sweeteners)
Lunch: 1 boiled egg, 1 toast bread, 1 organic tomato (you may add another fruit if you want)
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, 1 organic tomato and 1 toast bread
Here are some additional instructions and rules:
1. Feel free to add spices on the cooked meat and vegetables
2. Avoid consuming alcohol during the diet plan
3. Make sure that you consume the food in correct order as written above
4. If you follow this diet plan you may lose between 2-5kg in five days
5. Once you finish the first five days of the diet plan, take a break of two days, and continue for five more days. You can repeat the full cycle of seven days three times (which means maximum of 15 days of diet plan)
