Brazilian Diet – Lose 12 kg in 1 Month!

Lately the Brazilian diet is becoming more and more popular around the world due to the great results it provides.

In fact, there are two different types of Brazilian diet, fast and normal. We don’t recommend the fast diet because it might cause some unwanted effects on the overall health.

Instead, it is better to try the normal diet which we are going to present to you. The diet requires consumption of lots of fruits and vegetables, thus providing great amount of nutrients needed for improvement of the health.

Each day you will need to consume at least 4-5 meals, and if you want to be successful you will need to follow it strictly.

1st day

Breakfast: 1 cup of orange juice, 1 banana, and 1 orange
Snack: 1 toast and 1 cup of orange
Lunch: 100 gr of boiled fish and 100 gr of vegetable salad
Dinner: same as lunch
Before bed-time: 1 cup of orange and 1 toast

2nd day

Breakfast: 1 boiled egg and 1 cup of apple juice
Snack: 1 cup of apple juice and 1 toast
Lunch: 4 leaves of lettuce, 2 potatoes (boiled), and 100gr of meat
Dinner: 1 boiled egg, lettuce, peas, and 200gr of fish (boiled)
Before bed-time: 1 cup of apple juice and 1 toast

3rd day

Breakfast: 1 cup of lean milk and 1 toast
Snack: 100 gr of lean cheese
Lunch: 150 gr of salad with 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (cabbage), 100 gr rice
Dinner: 1 apple, 4 leaves of lettuce, and 100gr meat
Before bed-time: same as previous day

4th day

Breakfast: 60 gr of pineapple and 1 cup of pineapple juice
Snack: 1 cup of pineapple juice and 1 toast
Lunch: cheese (small piece), 1 orange, and 100gr meat (boiled)
Dinner: 150 gr of grated carrot salad topped with olive oil, 2 potatoes (boiled)
Before bed-time: same as previous day

5th day

Breakfast: 1 cup of apple juice and 1 toast
Snack: 1 orange and apple
Lunch: 2 boiled carrots and 150 gr of fish (boiled)
Dinner: vegetable soup (1 bowl of mushroom or fish stew)
Before bed-time: 1 cup of orange juice and 1 toast

6th day

Breakfast:1 cup of apple juice and 1 toast
Snack: 150 gr of salad with olive oil (preferably beats salad)
Lunch: 1 piece of bread, vegetable soup (mushrooms or fish stew)
Dinner: 1 bowl of vegetable soup (mushroom or fish stew), 100gr of fruit, 4 leaves of lettuce
Before bed-time: 1 cup of apple juice and 2 dried figs

Repeat this diet for 2-4 weeks, but don’t use it longer. When you reach the desired goal you should consume more fruits and vegetables in order to remain with the same weight.

Also after you finish the diet try to include more proteins in your meals. Because this diet includes lots of fruits and vegetables you don’t need to worry about lack of nutrients while you use it.

Besides the fact it will help you lose weight, also it is great for improvement of your health due to the high amount of vitamins and minerals. If you have time you should also try to exercise for at least 30 minutes during the day in order to optimize the results.
