Creamy, Easy to Make, Sugar-Free, Dairy-Free, Coconut Ice Cream

This is a great healthy vegan recipe for an incredibly tasty ice cream. It is really easy to make it with an amazing flavor especially for those ones who did not believe that is possible for a vegan ice cream to be delicious. It is an exquisite dessert which you cannot stop to consume it. A scoop or two will not be enough for you.

Here is the method of preparation:

Recipe for Coconut Ice Cream

Needed ingredients:

  • 4 big pitted dates
  • 2 cans of organic full-fat coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • a dash of cinnamon
  • a pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

Put the coconut milk cans in the fridge during the night to cool down. The following morning use a blender and mix all the ingredients on the fastest blender speed till you get a smooth homogeneous mixture.

After that, if you have in your home an ice-cream machine, run the mixture through it. If you do not have this appliance, then store it in a refrigerator for 4 hours, and freeze it until it is hard. Do not forget to take it out every hour so that you whisk the mixture with a fork.

Now, you have ready coconut ice-cream that is super delicious and above all healthy. Enjoy it!
