It is a diet based on green tea which you must have known up to now that it is great for your body and health.This diet is very popular, especially if you are trying to keep your normal weight.

The great combo is consisted of almond milk and green tea securing body cleansingand eliminating toxins and waste material. The tea diet lasts only for a day and it will effectively help you in losing 4 pounds and excess fluids. However, this diet is implemented only two times per month.

However, before you start this diet regimen you need to consult your doctor if you suffer from kidney disease, milk allergy, low blood pressure and gallbladder issues.

For this diet, you need only 2 tablespoons of green tea and 1.5 liter of almond milk. Purchase the tea from specialized health food stores, and do not use tea bags as they are not as effective as the fresh one bought.

First warm the almond milk to 60 C (140F) degrees; this is very important as it has to be hot, but not too hot. Then include 2 tablespoons of green tea, cover it and leave it like that for 20 minutes. Strain it and consume the tea milk every two hours.

When you start this diet you need to drink lot of water, because the tea milk is a powerful diuretic and the water will keep proper body balance. This tea diet may seem too stringent, but you need not to worry, because it will give you a feeling offullness that will keep you during the day.
