Recipe for the Best Healthy Ice Cream: Coconut and Turmeric Sorbet!

Ingredients:
- 2 cups of coconut milk
- 1 cup of coconut cream
- 1 cup of raw cashew nuts
- 3 tablespoons of pecans
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 teaspoons of turmeric
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of ground ginger and
- ¼ teaspoon of ground cardamom
Preparation
Start by soaking the nuts in water for two hours, then drain. Mix all the ingredients together in a blender and then place the mixture in the freezer overnight. The next day mix again the frozen mixture, decorate it with pieces of nuts and serve!
