6. You need to check your sanitary towel every two hours to make sure it is not wet. If it is wet you will know it cannot absorb anymore menstrual fluids

7. If you need to change it, fold it back as it was before you used it and wrap it up with toilet paper. After doing so you should throw it in a trash can

This is how to use sanitary towels that can be reusable

1. You should sit on a toilet and pull the panties down

2. Place the towel on the crotch of your underwear and make sure the snaps on the wings are facing up

3. Fold the wings over the sides of your underwear

4. Again, check your sanitary towel every two hours in order to make sure if it is needed to be changed. If your sanitary towel is wet you will know that you need to replace it if you want to avoid leakage.

5. Place the reusable sanitary towel in a bucket full of water and soap. Leave it to soak completely and leave it until you finish with your cycle. Also place all other sanitary towels in the bucket until you finish with your cycle. Once done with your cycle remove all sanitary towels and place them in the washing machine. Dispose the water with soap. You should wash it with hot water in the machine with your detergent.
