4. Healthy elderly people with good overall health but consume high amount of alcohol
5. Elderly physically sick who suffer chronic diseases
6. People with high amount of chronic diseases that are usually economically deprived.

The results of the research and its conclusions contribute to the understanding of the causes for obesity and the ways how to overcome the problem. The research suggest that there are two types of body fat distribution: Android and Gynoid

“An ‘android’ fat distribution pattern is so called because more men than women exhibit it. You may have heard it described as an ‘apple’ body type when the waist circumference is greater than that of the hips.”

“A ‘gynoid’ distribution is most commonly seen in women. This is what many call the ‘pear’ body shape. In this pattern, hip circumference is greater than waist circumference.”

Also there are six ways how to get rid of the major types of body fat:

1. Upper Body
This method is for those who consume high amount of food without any exercises. First step is to cut back all sweets intake and begin to exercise at least 20-30 minutes per day. In case you don’t manage to lose weight you should consider consulting with professional.

2. Center of the Stomach Obesity
If you have fat in this area you need to know that this is due to stress, anxiety or depression. The best way to tackle this problem is through regular exercises and relaxation in order to overcome the mental state and the obese problem.

3. Lower Body
This area consistent of fat is usual for women. It is the most difficult area of the body in which you may try to melt away the fat. You should try regular exercises that target the muscle region of this part of the body, but also we suggest do not hesitate to consult a specialist.

4. Swollen Stomach
This state of obesity is reached by intake of high amount of alcohol. You should immediately lower the level of alcohol consumption and combine it with breathing exercise since this type of exercise target the entire torso. Another reason for this type of obesity could be respiratory problems for which you may need to consult with a doctor.

5. Lower (body) Legs Obesity
This is type of problem that is common among pregnant women and as a result of that they might be swelling. You should try water aerobics since this way you will lower the pressure of the feet joints and the legs. Raise your legs whenever you have a chance while sitting.

6. Upper Back Fat

This type is almost like number 1 and the main cause of it is physical inactivity. You should consider also checking your blood sugar, but most importantly try to exercise. In case you are eating high amount of food try to lower the level, but don’t starve yourself. Try eating smaller amount of meals, but regularly.
